Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: • Cancellation up to 72 hours in advance: full refund • Between 72 and 48 hours: 50% cancellation fee • Less than 48 hours: 100% non-refundable In the event of a no-show, the full amount will be charged and no refund will be issued. Changes to the date/time are subject to availability and must be requested at least 5 days in advance. The final number of participants must be confirmed up to 7 days in advance. Any reductions after this deadline will not result in a price adjustment. The activity will take place regardless of weather conditions, except in cases of extreme safety concerns. In cases of force majeure (strikes, extreme weather conditions, government restrictions, etc.), an alternative or rescheduling will be proposed, with no obligation to provide a refund. In the event of a delay exceeding 30 minutes, the activity may be reduced or cancelled without refund. Third-party services (transport, entrance fees, etc.) are subject to their own cancellation policies. Any bank or transfer fees are the responsibility of the client. Confirmation of the booking implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions. The time reserved for the service implies unavailability for other clients; therefore, the above cancellation conditions apply.
